4-H CLUB

It's not to late to join! The 4-H meetings are held from 2:45- 3:45 after school in Ms.Chapman's room- 11. Students should have a ride promptly after the meeting. (Schedule Below)

The 4-H club is fun for children and teens of all ages. During the first couple of meetings, which are held once a month, the conductors ( Ms. Amy and Mr.Bobby) will chose the club advisors:

The students chosen for these positions will have the privilage to miss one day of school for training, which will be announced on a later date..

 

4-H has tons of activities for St.Tammany Parish students to participate in. Activities including cooking, first aid, gun shooting range, archery, gardening, pet shows, and other outdoor activities. Students taking any of these courses will receive a workbook on each subject; and if at least half of one workbook is completed, students will be invited to an end of school field trip.

 

4-H is all about teaching children about leadership skills and how to handle themselves when out on their own.
